Erst kamen die Freshman 15 und mein durchtrainierter Körper wurde etwas weicher. (linkes Bild)
Dann kam die Springbreaks und mein Körper wurde zu einem Ballon.

Wenn du abends Bier und Cocktails säufst nutzt die Cola Light wenig. Du hast schon eine ordentliche Portion Speck auf die Hüften gepackt. 

If you drink beer and cocktails in the evening, Diet Coke is of little use. You've already packed a fair amount of flab onto your hips.

Erst den Winter über fressen und jetzt rumheulen!
Hättest du mal an der Uni genauso Sport gemacht wie an der Schule, wäre das nicht passiert!

First you spent the winter gorging and now you're crying about the results!

Beim Springbreak stellte Phill fest, dass er nicht so fit mehr war, wie im Sommer vor dem College.

Springbreak hat endgültig seine Figur versaut. Zu den Freshman 15 kamen jetzt noch weitere 15 Pfund dazu. Jetzt schwabbelt eine weiche Plauze vor dem Knaben her. Aber er hat es noch nicht gescheckt und füllt sich weiter ab.

Springbreak has finally ruined his figure. Another 15 pounds have now been added to the Freshman 15. Now the boy has a soft, flabby belly. But he still hasn't got over it and continues to fill himself up.
