Als bei der Familie Schultz die Mutter starb, stellte der Vater eine ältere bayrische Haushälterin ein, die gut kochen konnte. Dies hatte alsbald sichtbare folgen für die Söhne. Während bei Johann und Joachim (vorn im Bild), die in Sportvereinen aktiv sind, sich die Zunahme in Grenzen hält, sind Jonas und Jonathan (hinten) zu richtig dicken Puddingklötzen geworden. 

When the mother of the Schultz family passed away, the father hired an elderly Bavarian housekeeper who was a fantastic cook. This soon had visible consequences for the sons. While the weight gain has remained within limits for Johann and Joachim (in the foreground), who are active in sports clubs, Jonas and Jonathan (in the back) have turned into real Doughy lumps.

Der Junge im grünen Shirt genießt es richtig – auch wenn er vor kurzem noch schlank war. Der Mann rechts hadert mit seinem Schicksal.

Sieht so aus als hättet ihr etwas übertrieben mit dem Essen in letzter Zeit.

Sie haben etwas zugelegt.

Anfangs waren sie nicht begeistert zum Küchendienst verdonnert zu sein. Bald übernahmen sie die Aufgabe jedoch gern und freiwillig – bis sie nach vier Monaten herausfanden, dass sie beide jeweils 15 Kilo zugenommen hatte.

At first, they were not enthusiastic about being put on kitchen duty. However, they soon took on the task willingly and voluntarily - until they found out after four months that they had both put on 15 kilos each.

Es scheint sich was zu ändern bei der jungen Generation.

Es muss die Gravitation sein – mit einem runden Bauch hat man schnell eine hübsche Frau an seiner Seite.

etwas fülliger in der Mitte

Muttern hat für ihre heranwachsende Söhne immer kräftig-deftiges Essen in großen Portionen gekocht. Dies sorgt dafür, dass ihre Söhne auch mit Anfang zwanzig noch wachsen – nur nicht in die Länge.

Mother always cooked hearty, solid food in large portions for her growing sons. This ensures that her sons are still growing in their early twenties - just not in height.
