Er macht billig eine Weltreise per Frachtschiff und nicht per Kreuzfahrt. Zugenommen hat er trotzdem. Denn großartig bewegen kann er sich nicht und die Kombüse kocht für hart arbeitende Menschen. Er wollte auch mitanpacken um mehr Bewegung zu bekommen, aber das ging nicht, weil er eher im Weg wäre als eine Hilfe.
Tja, wenn er nicht zuvor geplatzt ist, wird man ihn am Ende der Rundreise nur noch mit dem Kran von Bord hieven können. 

He is making a cheap trip around the world by cargo ship and not by cruise. But he still put on weight. Because he can't move much and the galley cooks for hard-working people. He also wanted to lend a hand to get more exercise, but that wasn't possible because he would be more of a hindrance than a help.

Well, if he doesn't burst beforehand, the only way to get him off the boat at the end of the round trip will be with a crane.
