ständig am Futtern

Mein Bruder ist ständig am Futtern. Kein Wunder, dass er Bauch kriegt. Aber er meint er würde eine männliche Figur kriegen. Ich glaube eher, ich erlebe die Verkloßung eines Mannes, wenn er so weitermacht. 

My brother is constantly chowing down. No wonder he gets a belly. But he thinks he's getting a manly figure. I rather think I'll experience the dumpling of a man if he continues like this.
