Das war das letzte Foto, das Bastian in seinem Zimmer aufnahm. Ein leichtes knacken hätte ihn warnen sollen. Denn dann machte es – Splitter, Krack – und Basti war in den Keller durch ein Loch im Boden gefallen. Leider war der Raum abgeschlossen und wenn er zu schwer für sein Zimmer war, so war er zu fett um durch das Kellerfenster zu passen. Da konnte Basti da sitzen und sich schlankhungern.
Naja der Vermieter hatte doch noch ein Erbarmen und wirft Sebastian mehr als reichlich Essen hinab. Ab und zu führt er zahlende Gäste vorbei denen er erzählt, er hielte sich einen Grubenork an den gegebenenfalls Einbrecher verfüttere.
"Have I gotten too fat?" Bastian wondered. "Maybe I should do some exercise; I’ll start with some simple jumping jacks right away."
That was the last photo Bastian ever took in his room. A faint cracking sound should have warned him. Because then it went — splinter, crack — and Basti had fallen through a hole in the floor into the basement.
Unfortunately, the room was locked, and if he was too heavy for his upstairs room, he was definitely too fat to fit through the basement window. So Basti could sit there and starve himself thin.
Well, the landlord eventually took pity on him and threw more than enough food down to Sebastian. Every now and then, he leads paying guests past the hole and tells them he keeps a pit orc down there to whom he feeds the occasional burglar.
Suis-je devenu gros ? se demandait Bastien. Je devrais peut-être refaire du sport ; je vais commencer là maintenant en faisant des jumping jacks."
AntwortenLöschenC'est la dernière photo prise de Bastien dans sa chambre. Les craquements du plancher auraient dû l'alerter. Un bruit *crac, crac* et Tasti fit un trou dans le sol et tomba dans la cave.
Malheureusement la pièce était fermée, il était trop lourd pour remonter et trop gros pour sortir par la fenêtre. Dons il resta là et s'affama pour maigrir puis s'enfuir.
Mais son propriétaire pris pitié de lui et lui envoya plus que suffisant de nourriture. Et parfois, quand le proprio fait une visite guidée et qu'ils passent devant le trou, il raconte qu'il y retient un ogre qu'il nourrit des quelques cambrioleurs malchanceux.
